Each year, a limited amount of our Cuvée No.1 Blanc de Blancs is set aside for long-term ageing and released after several years – giving it the title “Reserve”. The extended lees ageing provides a seamless palate with rich biscuity notes, focused fruit yeast and a lengthy finish that is delicate and fresh.

"Fantastic bouquet and palate, a complex and layered bouquet with a core of citrus fruits and autolysis, lemon and white peach, oven fresh oatmeal biscuits and brioche, honeysuckle and wet river stone mineral highlights. The mousse is equally rich in texture with a super fine satin textured bubble, a precise acid line carrying flavours of citrus and white fleshed fruits, an exotic richness and saline side contributing to a lengthy and complex finish. One glass is simply not enough. Fabulous drinking from day of purchase through 2030+."
