Assemblé
This classic Méthode Traditionelle has the structure of Chardonnay, the finesse of Pinot Noir and the softness of Meunier. Extended lees ageing has created a wine with elegance and complexity.
Cuvée No.1 was the first wine produced by No.1 Family Estate. This Chardonnay predominant Blanc de Blancs was held on lees for 18 months, encouraging full yeast autolysis. The wine displays texture, finesse and charm. Typical, complex, Champagne-like characters with savoury layers of citrus and stone fruits.
No.1 Rosé This Pinot Noir predominant Rosé and celebrates the superb climate of Marlborough. A fresh, youthful and precise bouquet, delicate salmon-pink with a mass of tiny bubbles. Aromas of flowers, cherry and strawberries. Dry and elegant with a fine and silky mousse.
